Bome and Gel
2022
This project was created for Boom O Gel, a documentary‑style television show that interviews contemporary Iranian artists living around the world. The program explores their creative process, artistic philosophy, and the stories behind their work. The visual identity needed to feel artistic, atmospheric, and respectful of the gallery‑like world these artists inhabit.
Design and Concept Development
To build the opening sequence, I designed a virtual museum environment entirely in Cinema 4D. The idea was to create a calm, elegant space where the viewer could “walk” through a gallery of artworks before arriving at the title of the show.
Key Creative Elements
• I modeled a full museum interior, including walls, lighting, and spatial layout.
• The artists’ paintings were placed on the gallery walls, allowing the camera to move through the space as if the viewer is exploring an exhibition.
• The camera path was designed to be smooth and cinematic, revealing the artworks one by one.
• The sequence ends in a long corridor where the title of the show appears, giving the intro a strong, memorable finish.
Production Process
• Cinema 4D for modeling, lighting, texturing, and camera animation
• Adobe After Effects for compositing, color correction, and final polish
• Music was not composed by me for this project, but all visual elements and the entire 3D environment were created by me
The final result is a museum‑style visual journey that sets the tone for a documentary about contemporary art — immersive, elegant, and focused on the artworks themselves.
